SWAREY S500 Pro 518Wh Power Station, 100W Solar Panel

Running a laptop, lights, a fan or a coffee maker away from hook-up is easier with a portable power station. The SWAREY S500 Pro is a 518Wh solar generator kit that gives your campervan, motorhome or tent a quiet, fume-free supply of electricity, and it doubles as backup power at home during outages.

It delivers 500W of continuous output with a 1000W peak, enough to run many small appliances and charge phones, tablets, cameras and laptops. The 518Wh battery stores energy for use when you need it, and the kit includes a 100W solar panel so you can recharge from the sun during the day. That means you can stay off-grid for longer without idling your engine or looking for a campsite socket. Multiple outputs let you charge several devices at the same time, and silent operation means no engine noise or fumes disturbing you or your neighbours at the campsite.

This kit suits weekend campers, van lifers, anglers, festival goers and anyone preparing for power cuts at home. Set the solar panel out in direct sunlight, angle it towards the sun and move it during the day for the best charging. Check the power rating of each appliance before connecting it. Follow the manual for charging, use and storage, and keep the unit dry and well ventilated.
