PowMr 12V 50Ah LiFePO4 Leisure Battery 640Wh, Built-in BMS

A reliable leisure battery is the heart of any off-grid campervan or motorhome electrical system. The PowMr 50Ah LiFePO4 battery stores 640Wh of energy in a lighter package than traditional lead-acid batteries, making it an ideal upgrade for running lights, a fridge, fans and charging devices without hook-up. Lithium iron phosphate is well known for its stable chemistry and long service life, making it a popular choice for mobile living.

It uses A-grade lithium iron phosphate cells with a built-in BMS for protection, and is rated for more than 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge. It supports up to 50A continuous charge and discharge, which the manufacturer says allows a full charge in as little as one hour. Up to four batteries can be connected in series or parallel, reaching up to 51.2V or 200Ah. Self-discharge is below 3% per month.

It suits van converters, motorhome owners replacing a lead-acid battery, boat owners and solar users. It measures 138 x 213 x 229 mm and weighs 6 kg, with M6 terminals. Charge between 0 and 60°C and discharge between -10 and 60°C. Use a charger or charge controller with a LiFePO4 profile, and follow the manual for cabling, fusing and installation, or have it fitted by a competent person.
